                                        This is essential knowledge for the smallholder that wants to feed themselves. The root crops really feed you.

                                A simple no-fuss starter workshop - how to set up beds, what is the easiest to grow and what is the most productive for the amount of effort involved. Don't waste your time with an expensive course full of irrelevant theory when I can teach you what you really need to know in an hour. I've gardened for over 40 years - I've learnt a thing or two and can save you a lot of mis-spent time.
Activity: 2.30pm-3.30pm Wild-crafting : Food, Herbs & Wild Weeds $35
                                    Take a foodies tour of the farm. Look (and be surprised) at what you can eat (and maybe could eat if you had to).
